66ers Face Weekend Back-to-Back at New Mexico

TULSA, Okla., March 17, 2011— The Tulsa 66ers (29-14) conclude their four-game road trip with back-to-back contests at New Mexico (16-26) this Friday and Saturday, March 18-19. Both games against the Thunderbirds will tip at 8:30 p.m. CT.

The weekend games can be viewed online for free via webcast at nba.com/futurecast and can be heard in Tulsa on KAKC 1300 AM.

The 66ers are 2-0 against the Thunderbirds this season. Tulsa bested New Mexico 113-107 on Jan. 14 and 100-95 on Jan. 15.

Tulsa, who is 15-8 on the road this season and currently second in the Western Conference, is coming off of a 94-85 road defeat to the Idaho Stampede on Wednesday evening.

The Thunderbirds also dropped their last contest against the Dakota Wizards by a 122-97 final on Saturday at home.
